About Me

I’m a Leith's-trained chef based in London, passionate about creating dishes with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. I love bringing people together through food — whether it’s a relaxed family meal, an intimate celebration, or a corporate dinner.

 

After leaving my corporate job, I trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine in London, where I developed classical skills across a range of areas - from meat butchery and fish preparation to delicate patisserie. Alongside my culinary training, I also hold a WSET Level 2 Distinction in Wines, so I would be happy to suggest pairings to complement your dishes.

 

I also focus on thoughtful choices in the kitchen, from reducing single-use plastics to incorporating more balanced, nutrient-focused ingredients, ensuring every meal is both delicious and conscientious.
